The UCI announced Wednesday that it has barred Spaniard Alejandro Valverde, the UCI ProTour champion in 2006, yea whatever……and then While the Vuelta is busy booting Astana and dropping euros for increased controls, the Tour of Misery has the red carpet out for ContaDoper……WTF! Beside will anybody be following the Tour of Misery?
