Brush with greatness…….Well this weekend Sandy got to race with greatness. The one and only Jeannie Longo showed up at the Summit Center Stage race along with some team mates. What are they doing in AZ? Who knows but man they can lay it down…..How did she do?

My race? Well it had its ups and downs. But I did redeem myself in the 85miler yesterday…..Nice! The more RR’s I do the more I hate Crits…..don’t get me wrong I still love the fast action of a Crit, Its just a little more fun hammering down the road for 3 plus hours with a group then spinning circles for 45min.s…

12:23 PM - Landis attorney attacks!
12:25 PM - LNDD Interpreter dropped - French speaking lab tech isolated.
12:35 PM - The 'yellow tie' still looking cool, has most of his legal team around him. Looking over his shoulder for LeMond to attack.
12:40 PM - Suh looks to be a lock for the 'red tie' for most aggressive lawyer.
1:10 PM - Uncle Ron attacks LeMond. Attack immediately responded to by LeMond domestiques.
1:23 PM - LeMond finally attacks Landis. This may be the move of the day. He opens up a gap and we see Landis suffering. Uncle Ron is also suffering and dropping off the back, unable to continue with the Landis group.
1:25 PM - Landis is clearly in trouble. Jacobs starts setting the pace with Landis on his wheel, trying to pull the yellow jersey back into the race.

So I raced into Idaho this weekend……. But that not the story….I drove there thru Wyoming. WOW that place has nothing and I mean NOTHING! not even a gas station…..no tree’s, no houses, NOTHING!

What’s wrong with dopers? I mean really what’s wrong with them? Basso. Lance, Tyler, Landis….the list go’s on and on. Baseball, football, Cycling Hockey. Who give a rat’s ass? Isn’t pro sports just entertainment for the fan? So in a nut shell to entertain me! That makes the pro “Whatever” just a highly paid chimp to entertain me and who is hurt by dopers? Me? I think not, I like to see guys drill it up a mountain stage! It's un-human, and that what we like to see! Shit we can’t do. I don’t what to see something I can see at my local “BS” Cat 1/2 race. And when you get down to it what’s the diff between Hammer Gel and EPO’s? Their purpose is to boost your performance right? O-wait EPO’s have a real medical purpose. So when you’re a Doper’s Suck guy do you give-up all performance enhancing crap? I’ll bet they don’t!!!
